These Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms govern the TexturePass annual membership offered by TexturePass LLC at texturepass.com. Please read them carefully before enrolling. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment method and a United States shipping address to enroll. A membership is for the personal use of one individual and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by more than one person or household.
2. Membership Benefits
An active TexturePass membership includes:
- 20% off all eligible products on texturepass.com, applied automatically at checkout
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
- $7.00 flat rate standard shipping on orders under $100
Membership benefits apply only when you are signed in to your account at checkout. Membership discounts apply to product prices only and do not apply to taxes, expedited shipping charges, or gift cards. The membership discount does not combine with any sitewide or other promotional discount. If a promotional discount applies to your purchase, we apply whichever of the membership discount or the promotional discount is greater, not both. Benefits are available only while your membership is active and in good standing.
3. Price and Billing
The TexturePass membership costs $120.00 per year. When you enroll, your payment method is charged $120.00 (plus any applicable tax) immediately, and your membership term begins on that date and runs for 12 months.
By enrolling, you authorize TexturePass to charge the payment method you provide for the initial membership fee and for each subsequent annual renewal fee, until you cancel.
4. Automatic Renewal
YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY. At the end of each 12-month term, your membership will automatically renew for another 12-month term and your payment method on file will be charged $120.00, plus applicable tax, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
There is no limit on the number of times your membership will renew. It will continue to renew annually until you cancel it.
5. Renewal Reminder
We will send you an email reminder to the address associated with your account between 30 and 45 days before your cancellation deadline for each automatic renewal, and we may send further reminders closer to the renewal date. The reminder will state the renewal date, the amount that will be charged, and how to cancel if you do not wish to renew.
It is your responsibility to keep a current email address on file with us. Failure to receive a reminder — for example, because it was filtered to a spam folder or sent to an outdated address — does not cancel your membership, and your membership will renew unless you cancel it.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time, and cancelling is designed to be as easy as signing up.
To cancel, use either method below:
- Online: log in to your account at texturepass.com, open your membership settings, and select "Cancel membership." Your cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation.
- Email: send a cancellation request to hello@texturepass.com from the email address associated with your account. Your cancellation takes effect when we receive your email, and we will send written confirmation within 2 business days.
To avoid being charged for the next term, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. We will send you email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us at hello@texturepass.com so we can verify your cancellation.
We will not require you to call, chat with a representative, complete a survey, or accept a retention offer in order to cancel.
7. What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel, your membership will not renew and your payment method will not be charged again. Your membership benefits remain active through the end of the term you have already paid for. On the last day of that term, your benefits end and your account converts to a standard non-member account.
You may re-enroll at any time at the membership price then in effect.
8. Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable, except as stated in this paragraph. If you are charged for a renewal and you contact us at hello@texturepass.com within 7 days of that charge, and you have not placed any order using a membership benefit since that charge, we will cancel your membership and refund that renewal charge in full. If you have used any membership benefit since the renewal charge, including the member discount or a member shipping benefit, the renewal charge is not refundable. If we refund a renewal charge under this paragraph, your membership ends when the refund is issued. Otherwise, because you retain full membership benefits through the end of your paid term after cancelling, we do not issue refunds or prorated credits for partial membership terms, including where you do not use your benefits.
This does not affect your rights with respect to products purchased on the Site, which are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, or any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
9. Promotional Pricing and the Founding Member Offer
From time to time we offer promotional discount codes that reduce the price of a membership for a limited period. Any such code applies only as stated at the time you redeem it. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, a promotional code applies to your first year only.
Founding member offer. During our launch period, a limited-time promotional code sets the price of the first year of membership at $60.00. This offer is available for a limited time and to a limited number of members.
IF YOU ENROLL USING THE FOUNDING MEMBER CODE, YOUR FIRST YEAR COSTS $60.00. YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL THEN AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE STANDARD PRICE OF $120.00 PER YEAR ON YOUR RENEWAL DATE, AND EVERY YEAR THEREAFTER, UNLESS YOU CANCEL. THE PROMOTIONAL CODE APPLIES TO THE FIRST YEAR ONLY AND WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY RENEWAL.
Your membership term is 12 months from your purchase date. If you purchase using the founding member promotional code (available to the first 50 people or until October 4, 2026, whichever comes first), your first membership term runs from your purchase date until October 5, 2027, so that all founding members renew on the same date. Depending on the date you purchase, your first term will therefore be slightly longer than 12 months. Your order confirmation and your renewal reminder will state your renewal date and the exact amount you will be charged. If you purchase after the founding member offer ends, your membership renews 12 months from your purchase date as normal.
Your renewal reminder email will state the exact amount you will be charged. Promotional codes are non-transferable, hold no cash value, may not be combined with other membership offers, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time before redemption.
10. Price Changes
If we raise your membership fee, we will notify you via email no more than 30 days and at least 5 business days before the increase takes effect.
Your options:
- Accept the new price: Take no action, and your membership will renew at the new price on your next billing date.
- Cancel without penalty: You may cancel online through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@texturepass.com before the price change takes effect, with no questions asked.
Acceptance of New Pricing: If you do not cancel before an increase takes effect, we will either ask you to confirm the new price before charging it, or charge the new price and allow you to cancel within 14 days after that charge. If you cancel within that 14-day period, we will refund you on a pro rata basis for the remaining part of the term. Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
11. Failed Payments
If a renewal charge fails, for example, because your card expired or was reissued, we will email you and attempt the charge again over a grace period of 7 days.
Your membership benefits remain active during the grace period so you can update your payment method without interruption. If we are unable to successfully charge your payment method within the grace period, your membership will be cancelled and your benefits will end.
12. One Member Per Membership
Your membership is personal to you. You may not share your account credentials, allow others to purchase using your member pricing, transfer your membership to another person, or use your membership to purchase products for resale.
13. Suspension and Termination by TexturePass
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership, with notice where practicable, if we determine that:
- The membership is being shared, transferred, or used by more than one person
- Products are being purchased for commercial resale or distribution
- Promotional codes or membership benefits are being abused, including through duplicate accounts
- The member has engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, or a pattern of fraudulent return claims
- The member has materially violated our Terms of Service
If we terminate a membership for one of these reasons, no refund will be issued. If we terminate a membership for our own convenience or discontinue the membership program entirely, we will refund the unused portion of your membership fee on a prorated basis.
14. Changes to Membership Benefits
We may modify membership benefits from time to time. If we make a change that materially reduces the core benefits described in Section 2, we will notify you by email no more than 30 days and at least 5 business days in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect. If a material reduction takes effect during a term you have already paid for and you choose to cancel as a result, we will refund the unused portion of your membership fee on a prorated basis.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms. Material changes affecting price, renewal, or cancellation will be communicated by email no more than 30 days and at least 5 business days before taking effect. You may cancel before the change takes effect. If you do not cancel, your continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Membership and Auto-Renewal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and are subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in Section 17 of our Terms of Service, including your right to opt out of arbitration. This does not deprive you of the protection of any consumer protection law of the state in which you reside that cannot be varied by agreement.
